1. Coaching Only — Not Therapy or Medical Care

Sohamy Pinard Coaching, including the Clarity Session and any related programs, products, or communications (collectively, the "Services"), is offered strictly in a coaching capacity.

Sohamy Pinard is NOT acting as a licensed therapist, psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, nurse, physician, counselor, or any other licensed healthcare or mental-health professional in connection with the Services. Although Sohamy holds credentials as a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and as a trauma-informed spiritual intervention counselor, those credentials are referenced only to describe her professional background and lived experience. They are not being exercised, applied, or relied upon in the delivery of the Services.

By engaging with the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No therapist-client, nurse-patient, provider-patient, or any other clinical or healthcare relationship is formed.
  • The Services do not include diagnosis, treatment, prescription, medication management, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, nursing care, or medical advice of any kind.
  • The Services are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, or professional mental-health services.
  • No part of the Services should be interpreted as clinical guidance, and nothing said during the Services should be construed as professional healthcare advice.

2. Not a Crisis or Emergency Resource

The Services are not designed for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, self-harm, abuse, or any medical or psychiatric emergency. If you are in crisis, call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) in the U.S., dial 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

3. Spiritual / Faith-Based Coaching

The Services incorporate Christian faith-based and spiritual elements. Participation is voluntary and you are responsible for determining whether the approach aligns with your beliefs and personal circumstances.

4. No Guarantees of Results

Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and factors outside of Sohamy's control. Nothing on this site, in any advertisement, or in any session constitutes a guarantee of any specific relationship, emotional, spiritual, financial, or personal outcome.

5. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, mental and physical health, and well-being. You agree to consult with qualified licensed professionals (therapists, physicians, psychiatrists, etc.) for any medical, psychiatric, or mental health concerns. You agree not to rely on the Services as a substitute for that care.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sohamy Pinard and Sohamy Pinard Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, including but not limited to any decisions made or actions taken based on information shared during a coaching session.

7. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily participate in the Services and assume all risks associated with that participation. Coaching can surface emotional, psychological, and spiritual material; if at any point you need clinical support, you agree to seek it from an appropriately licensed provider.

8. No Provider-Patient Relationship via the Website

Visiting this website, watching the video, submitting an application, or scheduling a Clarity Session does not create any healthcare, therapeutic, or fiduciary relationship between you and Sohamy Pinard.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
